  • A very important factor is the consistency and frequency of the evaluations - a minimum of once a year is necessary for effective tracking.

Employee evaluation sheets are pivotal in assessing staff performance, bringing up efficiency and productivity issues, or prompting merit-based promotions or bonuses. The key is to find a balance between comprehensibility and thoroughness. The process must be understood and embraced by all levels of employees for it to be genuinely useful to you and your organization.
